If you find for some reason that the product you have purchased is not right for you and you need to return it, you can get in touch by using the contact form below.
Please include the following:
- Your name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for exchange
- Any other Information you feel is relevant to your return.
Please note that we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. However we can provide you with an in-store credit (with a 3 month expiry) or an exchange if you advise us of the change of mind within 10 days of your online purchase, or 7 days of your in-store purchase.
Returns EXCLUDE, sale items, earring & oils.
Please make sure you read the care label on all garments. Returns will not be accepted due to not following the care instructions.
For exchanges and change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and further shipping fees that may be incurred for an exchange. Please ensure your method of delivery is via a traceable means of post.
For all returns, the following conditions must be met.
- The items are returned within 7 days of in-store purchase and 10 days of online purchase
- Item(s) must be in their original condition. Garments must NOT have been worn, washed and must be returned with the tags/labels/tickets attached, in the original packaging.
All items NOT received in the original condition are unable to be accepted back and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem and should be directed to the store for more information.
Please note that all returns require a proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt on return.
